"I am the pastor at Christ's Church in Hartwell, Georgia. When I called Russ and told him of the problems we were having and the urgency we needed to get something done, he came right out and looked at our stuff and got right on it. Hames Pro did a wonderful job getting our church up and going with new sound equipment. Their communication with the customer is the best and I highly recommend them."

"I called Russ about our church sound system that I was sure that the amplifier was smoking. He returned my call to tell me they would be able to check it out on Thursday morning at 8:00am. They arrived on time and we fired up the system. Immediately they said that the amplifier was not the problem. The power distribution switch box was the problem. It was frying and starting to smoke. They had a new one with them and they changed it out. Then we restarted the system with no problems. This was great news for me the amplifier was still in great shape. They tested the system and found nothing else wrong. We have always used Russ and Hames pro for our needs and they always come through for us. They are the best around for all your AV needs. "Hames Pro installed three tv monitors in our Sanctuary in 2 different visits. Both visits - the crew was very polite and easy to communicate with as well as the pre installation communication with the president. I love that they keep you informed on the progress throughout the entire process. We recommend Hames Pro 100%."
