1. Discovery & Scope

2. Design & Engineering

3. Project Management
With an approved design in place, our project managers coordinate the entire process from kickoff to completion.
We meet with you onsite, finalize scope requirements, and develop an initial project drawing—updated continuously throughout the build. These drawings become the blueprint for our technicians, detailing hardware, wiring, labor expectations, installation sequencing, and subsystem integration.
This disciplined project management process ensures nothing is left to interpretation—and that the finished result matches the approved design every time.
4. Installation & Calibration
Our certified technicians bring your system to life.
Using the engineering documentation, we install all required wiring, enclosures, audio/visual equipment, control systems, and supporting components. Every device is tested, calibrated, and configured to deliver peak performance in your space.
If changes arise, we update the as-built documentation so your system records stay accurate for future service and upgrades.
5. Training & Support
Once the installation is complete, we ensure your team feels confident and fully equipped to use the system.
We provide hands-on instruction, system walkthroughs, and access to all necessary documentation. Manufacturer warranties are secured, and our service department is available for ongoing support. If desired, we can design a customized service plan including 24/7 remote monitoring, network performance testing, and priority response times.

6. Drawings & Diagrams
After project completion, you’ll receive a full set of system drawings showing how every component is connected and configured.
These diagrams become part of your permanent records, and we store a copy as well—ensuring fast troubleshooting and seamless upgrades for years to come.
7. Service
Every installation is backed by a one-year workmanship warranty, and all equipment includes its manufacturer-specific protection.
If an issue arises, the same team who designed and installed your system will support it. We provide service on all products we sell, ensuring reliability, consistency, and long-term peace of mind.
8. Aftercare & Maintenance
Technology is not a “set it and forget it” investment.
Our optional ongoing Service & Maintenance Programs ensure your system stays clean, calibrated, updated, and functioning at full performance.
